What's the difference between lamp and laser/LED projectors?
Laser and LED light sources last significantly longer than traditional lamps and require little to no maintenance, making them a better fit for daily business or classroom use.
Do interactive displays need a separate PC?
No — our displays run Android out of the box. If you'd like a full Windows environment, an OPS slot-in PC module can be added at any time.

What warranty comes with BenQ products?
Most products carry a 2–3 year manufacturer warranty. Exact terms vary by product and are listed on each product's detail page.
Do you offer installation outside Dhaka?
Yes. Installation is free inside Dhaka; a fee of 10,000 Tk applies for installations outside Dhaka.
